Attendant greets you right away as soon as you enter the service area and directs you to a Service Advisor (CJ my SA is great) ... very high-tech, taking pix of your car from their handheld gadgets....if you want to wait for your car, no problem, waiting area is like a lobby hotel! Everytime I pick up my car, seems like its ready for a carshow, always shinny :) More
