Truly Exceptional I visited the service center for broken glass and passenger headrest. He continuously kept me updated with the progress of my vehicle via text which I truly appreciated. Dropping off and picking up my vehicle were both met with the same quality exceptional customer service. During both of my encounters, I needed a loaner vehicle, which is when I had the blessing of meeting Christina. Although quite chilly outside, she was very prompt engaging, professional, and extremely helpful. She insisted on assisting me with my belongings on both occasions, for which I was extremely grateful. She is the epitome of quality customer service with a smile. If there were a 6th star available, I would insist that it be granted to Christina. Overall, both Gerald and Christina's presence in this department is one of the reasons that I would highly recommend this service department to my friends, family, and colleagues. More
