Honest, direct, and smooth.. Just recently bought a used Mercedes C300. First task to was get a feel for its condition and start off with a good feeling of confidence, so I broug Just recently bought a used Mercedes C300. First task to was get a feel for its condition and start off with a good feeling of confidence, so I brought it here to get serviced (A service) and inspected overall. Calling in to make an appointment was a very pleasant experience getting all things setup prior to my arrival. Upon arrival, was met immediately and greeted with water and a smile. Shortly I met Gerald who I believe is very familiar with cars, and after explaining what I needed, he explained this history of the car and what to expect when it comes to future maintenance. Next he gave me choices (not pushy at all) to what I should/could do next. I choose what fell into my immediate needs and went off in a courtesy car. Got notified the next day of the results and findings of the inspection, and I gave authorization to continue with what was most immediately needed. Came back the second day (prepaid online) and Gerald explained a little bit of the other recommendations as noted in the final report. I felt respected and taken care of the whole process and will definitely come back as needed for future service requirements. Great team. Thanks. More
