Inayat Patel was extremely helpful and patient with us when we brought in our GLC AMG 63. We found out when we got there that we had to leave our vehicle with this dealership; and it was for approximately when we brought in our GLC AMG 63. We found out when we got there that we had to leave our vehicle with this dealership; and it was for approximately 3 weeks because of an internal Timing issue. Our warranty covered everything and of course we received a loaner car and was kept in the loop every week regarding its progress. Thanks again Inayat for the your patience and reassuring words. Great job:)! More

If you have a lot of money to burn or simply don't care, this is the place to go. I checked on a few items while I was there, all I can say is "over-inflated" is the best I can come up with. In 4,000 mil this is the place to go. I checked on a few items while I was there, all I can say is "over-inflated" is the best I can come up with. In 4,000 miles my car will no longer be under warranty and I will find alternative service options. I asked what the cabin air filter costs at Fletcher Jones and was told $179+. The same product can be bought, and I bought one, for around $25. I have found several of the service personnel to be argumentive to the point where they simply don't show any interest in customer satisfaction. I had a courtesy car twice. On the second I was told I had driven the car hundreds of miles, I would have to pay. I was told they would fill up the gas at $8.00 a gallon. I had actually driven the car 15 miles to my house, parked the car in my garage then drove it 15 miles back to the dealership. I would NEVER make use of that again. I'm afraid of what wool they would try to pull over my eyes again. I have to tell them to NOT touch my tires as several times, before I made them stop, I was coming out with 51 psi in all 4 tires. No wonder my tires wore out in 32,000 miles. I was offered a "great deal" to replace them with the same tires at around $2,000. Instead I went to the local Ford dealer and bought 70,000 Continental tires with all the associated extras like blowout, road hazard, road service, etc. for half Fletcher Jones' price. So, with the very dissatisfaction I have witnessed, prices, service shortcomings, etc. All I can say is NEVER AGAIN. More
