Upset about 700 miles added to my car while it was serviced! It took nearly four weeks for my ML 250's repair issues to be taken care of, and while my car was at the dealership it was driven nearly 700 miles (67 It took nearly four weeks for my ML 250's repair issues to be taken care of, and while my car was at the dealership it was driven nearly 700 miles (678 to be exact)! While it was being repaired, I approved the car being test driven “for 70 miles,” as I was told by my service advisor—and it was apparently driven three times to make sure the blue tec system & fuel injection issues were resolved. If it was test driven 70 miles each time, three times, that would add up to 210 miles total. So why were nearly 500 more miles added to my odometer!? I don’t expect nearly a thousand miles to be put on my car when I leave it to be repaired at your service center. I’m very upset about my car being driven so much while it was being serviced, and I’m hereby making a formal complaint to the general manager, Ted Moreno. I bought my ML 250 at your dealership, and I have nothing but praise for Anthony Del Toro, who assisted me when I purchased it, but I'm now considering taking my car elsewhere to be serviced in the future. More

He gave me the no nonsense breakdown on my vehicle issues. There are plenty of places you can take your car for service and repair, but if you are looking for a luxury service center to match the car you purchased, take it here. If you want someone to give it to you straight on what absolutely needs to be fixed and what can wait, ask for Rudy. My only word of caution is that you will be paying a much higher rate because you are paying dealership rates, but the money is not waisted. These mechanics are certified for Mercedes Benz so you know the job will be done correctly. More

My classical station changed to some unsavory station, my seats moved to accommodate a service ride?/ My mirrors adjusted to different angles. Please!!! Leave my settings alone. More
