Once again, I found I was in good hands On this visit, it was time for my old (2002), but new to me, S500 to have its first B Service on my watch. I've been bringing my car to Kleber ever si On this visit, it was time for my old (2002), but new to me, S500 to have its first B Service on my watch. I've been bringing my car to Kleber ever since I bought it in in 2018. I was a bit on edge about the cost of a service on a car with so many bells and whistles, but was pleasantly surprised with having a "normal checkup." I attribute that to the fact that Kleber has been taking good care of me up until this point...no surprises. To top things off, Kleber and his team were able to trouble shoot the cause of an odd noise that I was hearing in the car...turned out that they were able to remedy a vacuum leak in the locking system (a portion of which I had to replace on one of my last visits) and so I drove off with no more noise, and no additional charge. So, as I mentioned, thanks to Kleber, I found myself in good hands. PS, My decision to bring my car in on Halloween was a spontaneous one...my car's display was warning me that the service time was approaching, but I just swung by on a whim, and despite having what appeared to be a full plate of customers, he made quick work of processing my paperwork, and even arranged for an Uber ride to take me to my office on the opposite side of the freeway. (I then made arrangements for my own ride home to Claremont when the time came.) PPS, By stopping by on Halloween, I learned that the helpful folks at MB of Ontario have a sense of humor...it was a treat to see the various costumes, and I especially enjoyed Kleber's rendition of "Felonius Gru" - complete with the eyebrows and two of the helpful Minions at his side. :-) More
