Ron Broussard provided the best service experience. We brought our GLE 450 in for an oil change and to investigate a noise at the rear of the vehicle. The tech. couldn't identify the noise so Ron solic We brought our GLE 450 in for an oil change and to investigate a noise at the rear of the vehicle. I turned out to be normal; the noise was generated whenever the rear camera was engaged. I believe other service reps would have blown off our concern but Ron made sure to get it addressed. More
