I would not recommend that you purchase a vehicle in this facility, they have the worst customer service, especially when it comes to getting money back from them. We have been trying to get our extended war facility, they have the worst customer service, especially when it comes to getting money back from them. We have been trying to get our extended warranty refund for almost 3 months, and they have yet to return our money. Our vehicle was involved in a car accident and the vehicle was totaled out, therefore, we requested a refund for our extended warranty. so I don’t recommend them if you’re looking to purchase a Mercedes do not go to this dealership. This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. They sold me a lemon and after driving it for one day we’re not able to help me.
