Ron Broussard provided the best service experience. We brought our GLE 450 in for an oil change and to investigate a noise at the rear of the vehicle. The tech. couldn't identify the noise so Ron solicited the help of the Service Manager who did a ride along with me to identify the source of the noise. I turned out to be normal; the noise was generated whenever the rear camera was engaged. I believe other service reps would have blown off our concern but Ron made sure to get it addressed. More

I wish I could give a zero. I feel like I've been robbed. My C300 engine died after I drove it less then 50,000 miles and 3 payments left to go.
