Very efficient service at Fletcher Jones MB.. My vehicle had been serviced by 3 Mechanics at other locations and found no problems yet was experiencing the same problem repeatedly. Succeeded in exceeding my expectations, by providing me service much worse than I could’ve ever imagined or anticipated when I brought my vehicle to a dealership service department. I have more than a coup service much worse than I could’ve ever imagined or anticipated when I brought my vehicle to a dealership service department. I have more than a couple of vehicles that I service at their respective dealership service departments, not until coming here have I ever experienced such poor service in the automotive world. The discount and good price do not make up for it, they will draw you in the door with some worthwhile coupons but that is coupled with delays, poor communication and terrible service, Came here to get top quality service. After holding my vehicle for nearly a week, double the initial three day estimate which was a surprise to find out about when I arrived because the representative who scheduled my appointment told me if I came in early with a scheduled appointment I could get my car back same day. Not only did they do very little but they left my issue unaddressed with damage done to the inner components of my vehicle as well as the trunk + additional. This place should honestly reconsider business operations and instead just become a long term parking lot for underserved cars. Maybe a car wash but they couldn’t even manage that because they returned my car to me dirty and with plastic and tape all over the roof that they didn’t even bother to take off. They returned my car to me as if I had not paid them for service. Due to all the plastic and tape that was on the roof, which would’ve amounted to a dangerous highway hazard, perhaps of not for the copious amounts of tape they used all over my roof. Scheduled pick up, paid in advance and apparently that was full license to return my vehicle to me in such poorly treated condition. Truly the worst service I’ve ever gotten anywhere in the automotive industry. Didn’t even inflate my tires properly, and had the wrong specifications written on the paper (if they had looked at my car they would’ve seen my wheels weren’t staggered and thus shouldn’t of had different PSIs for the front and back, they multipoint inspection was so generic that my tires were not even accounted for and they returned my vehicle to me with plastic all over it. Took me over an hour to take off all of the tape properly and they did this for no relevant reason as I had not received a car wash. They mishandled and damaged my trunk despite having no reason to be in it Left a voice mail for the service manager that was polite, yet extensive …( actually just listing everything wrong with the service and I didn’t even get a call back. Deliberately mistreated me, perhaps for no other reason than my car being a later year vehicle. More
