By the early 1990s, Ted Jones had a clear vision of the expansion direction he wanted his business venture to take, and in 1991, he purchased a bankrupt luxury auto dealership in the affluent community of Newport Beach setting his plan in motion to create one of the Nation's largest Mercedes-Benz center. After completing construction, and fine-tuning the operation to run like a Swiss watch, he has applied the same business principles to the additional dealerships that make up the Fletcher Jones Fine Family of Dealerships, today.

Kimberlee, If somebody would of took my call or returned a phone call especially Phil, you would have known what name it was under. I was informed by Mercedes Benz of Ontario that there was blockage in the lines and that is why they would not honor the warranty on the part. I had the parts looked at by a professional auto Mechanic and there is no evidence of a blockage in any of the lines, Mercedes of Ontario did everything they could to not honor a faulty part purchased form your dealer!! My 1 Star stands it would be a ZERO but that is not a choice. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!
