General Manager Ray Burke took time from his busy schedule to come and talk to me and sales consultant Ming Marcum. That was an impressive gesture. He crunched numbers with me and made me a sweet deal! Ming Marcum was very helpful in getting to know my new car. Excellent employee! Ray Burke even went out and bought me lunch while I waited for my sale to go through! Now that's customer service. I would highly recommend this dealership. This is a new dealership. When I started my search for a car, I did not know that they existed. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it is a beautiful facility designed to be comfortable a car, I did not know that they existed. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. When I arrived to pick up the car, Ming greeted my wife and me by name at the door. He had the car parked indoors (to keep it cool), washed, gassed and ready to go. All others that I dealt with, from receptionist to finance manager to Pre-Owned Director, were courteous and straightforward. It made the longer drive (I live in coastal Orange County) worthwhile. Started out with a tour of the new facility by my salesman Ming Marcum. He was the most friendly, helpful car salesman I have ever met.
