When I decided to get a new car, I began my search online. I looked at dealer websites, Autotrader.com, and Cars.com. I spoke with many sales people from various dealerships within Southern Californ online. I looked at dealer websites, Autotrader.com, and Cars.com. I spoke with many sales people from various dealerships within Southern California. The individual that stood out among many was Joe O'Brien from Mercedes Benz of Ontario. He was straight forward and honest. I was all over the map in terms of what I wanted (color, options, and model). Joe did not make me feel pressured to buy something I wasn't ready to commit to. He was extremely resourceful in providing information and sourcing out cars with specific options that I was interested in...ones they did not have in inventory. I visited some other MB dealerships, but just felt that I was a statistic in their monthly quota. I didn't feel that way with Joe O'Brien. There are 5 Mercedes Benz dealerships closer to me than Mercedes of Ontario. But none had the customer service and integrety I was looking for except Mercedes of Ontario. I ended up getting a GLK350 from Joe last month. Joe was straight up and I had no surprises or regrets after my purchase thanks to Joe. Stay away from Mercedes of Long Beach though. They like to mark up their cars above MSRP. I purchased a car from them many years ago and it was full of regrets. You won't get that nonsense with Joe O'Brien. More

Mike was an outstanding salesman. He never promises anything that he can not come through on. He has always been available to answer my questions over the phone while at work and on his days off. Even after the sale of the car's Mike has kept in contact with me and my wife asking if there is any additional assistance needed. This was the first dealership we visited when looking for a new luxury SUV for my wife. Although we arrived a few minutes before closing, Trevor Harlow approached us with a warm and inviting smile. He got us a hot cup of coffee, showed us the three types of SUV's in the MB line, and took us for a test drive. During the test drive, it became clear that Trevor is a true professional. He knows his cars inside and out, trends for options, and how his cars stack up against the competition. We went to his office, where we talked numbers briefly. He was relaxed and accommodating, bringing us bottles of water. We told him we were early in the searching process, so we didn't want to go into the numbers yet. He respected that, and didn't pressure us at all. Trevor never seemed frustrated that he stayed late for us. I had a hunch we would be back. We looked other places; BMW, Range Rover, Porsche, Infinity, Lexus. None of those cars really lit our fire, and the customer service was nowhere near the excellent, personal service we received from Trevor and everyone at Mercedes-Benz of Ontario. We called him on his personal number a few times to ask more questions, and he always made time for us. We arranged another test-drive and lineup of several vehicles in diffent colors and option packages. Trevor took care of this personally such that we wasted no time getting to business when we returned. Overall, the quality of the car, combined with the many perks of being part of the Fletcher-Jones Family proved too exciting to pass up. We took the plunge and bought a new 2013 ML 350 from Trevor. He promised to come to our house if need be to program our garage remote, and they even gave my wife the Giant Red Bow to take with us. We have already referred our friends there.
