Saturday, January 25th, I took my car in to have it serviced. I owed a 320 CLK for the past 10 years. My service adviser, Mikel Doehla was exceptional as always, always being courteous, helpful, kno serviced. I owed a 320 CLK for the past 10 years. He has been my service adviser for over 10 years and I followed him to Fletcher Jones. I took my car in for a service B, but Mike sent me an email and phoned me to tell me there was some repairs needed. In the interim I received a call from a Marcus Martin, who we found out had only been there a week. He asked me if I wanted to come look at cars. That was not in my plans, but I went. He showed my husband and I some exceptional pre owned vehicles, that were like new, very clean, low miles, we fell in love and purchased a new car. As stated Marcus was brand new, but we found him to be exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, considerate, kind and willing to do whatever it took to get us into a car, and he did! I would recommend Fletcher Jones salesman always, the people are so friendly and knowledgeable, everyone there was more than courteous, even offering to get us something to eat or drink...just beyond nice. I called to notify service dept. that we were being towed over 100 miles to the center. They were very understanding and helpful. When we arrived everything was in place to process our repair. I called this dealership to get a part number to fix my car . The gentleman would not give me part number nor even know nothing about the part. You feel like you are checking in to a luxury hotel valet. Friendly staff courteously approach your vehicle and help you do whatever you need to transfer to your loaner or shuttle. They have a Starbucks and juice bar with snacks and everything is immaculately clean, neat and nice. Chose them for convenient location off the 10 freeway near the 15 but never expected to find the best dealership I've been too including Fletcher Jones in Newport. My agent here is Mike Doehla and I can only recommend him as a service professional. He helped point out things that need to be taken up with the selling dealer without badmouthing them or pointing out any unnecessary stuff. The work they've done on my car has been excellent every time and I've received a clean valet car every time I pick it up. They provided me with a loaner in clean and new condition. I've used their airport shuttle 3 times already and received my vehicle clean and without dents or scratches. This is a fantastic value with Fletcher Jones as it protects your car form dings at the airport , vandals, jet fuel and what have you. They dont charge for this service but offers it as a courtesy to their loyal clients. You can count me in as their loyal client for sure and i will ne3ver take my vehicle anywhere else. Whoever runs this place knows how to do it at the highest level and standard Another MB dealership in Long beach (there's only one there, is where I bought my CPO vehicle and I got it back with scratches and dents and paint on the seats and all over the interior of the vehicle This other dealer's service was also worst in the industry never mind Mercedes dealers. Will never go there again. More
