I called to notify service dept. that we were being towed over 100 miles to the center. They were very understanding and helpful. When we arrived everything was in place to process our repair. I called this dealership to get a part number to fix my car . The gentleman would not give me part number nor even know nothing about the part. You feel like you are checking in to a luxury hotel valet. Friendly staff courteously approach your vehicle and help you do whatever you need to transfer to your loaner or shuttle. They have a Starbucks and juice bar with snacks and everything is immaculately clean, neat and nice. Chose them for convenient location off the 10 freeway near the 15 but never expected to find the best dealership I've been too including Fletcher Jones in Newport. My agent here is Mike Doehla and I can only recommend him as a service professional. He helped point out things that need to be taken up with the selling dealer without badmouthing them or pointing out any unnecessary stuff. The work they've done on my car has been excellent every time and I've received a clean valet car every time I pick it up. They provided me with a loaner in clean and new condition. I've used their airport shuttle 3 times already and received my vehicle clean and without dents or scratches. This is a fantastic value with Fletcher Jones as it protects your car form dings at the airport , vandals, jet fuel and what have you. They dont charge for this service but offers it as a courtesy to their loyal clients. You can count me in as their loyal client for sure and i will ne3ver take my vehicle anywhere else. Whoever runs this place knows how to do it at the highest level and standard Another MB dealership in Long beach (there's only one there, is where I bought my CPO vehicle and I got it back with scratches and dents and paint on the seats and all over the interior of the vehicle This other dealer's service was also worst in the industry never mind Mercedes dealers. Will never go there again. More

From the reception to closing the deal, every one was very friendly and helpful Duke, our sales consultant, understood our needs and expectations and he met them. It was a good car leasing experience. Duke showed me several different cars and went through the buy/lease options with me. The dealership was very accomodating and really made us feel welcome. We arrived at 6:30 PM on a Sunday. They were officially closed but Bryan set us up with Duke Troung who showed us the vehicles, answered all our questions and took us for the test drive. No hassle pricing and negotiations. Very professional from the manager, to Duke, to the financing officer and even to the Service Personnel who brought the car out before we left the dealership. Duke even followed me to my office to get the check for the second part of my down payment. Truly one of my most pleasant experiences in purchasing a vehicle (and I have bought 6 to date). Two of my previous purchases were Mercedes Benz'. One is a 1998 C230 Sport and the other is a 2010 E350 Sedan. The first one was a five hour disaster. The second one involved two visits to the dealership despite internet negotiations. This one was a pleasure. In at 6:30 PM, out with a brand new vehicle by 9:15. My wife got home with the vehicle by 9:30 and I got home by 10 after a brief pit-stop at my office to pick up the check. Many thanks to the dealership for the great Sales Service. I have been recommending the dealership at Mercedes Benz of Ontario to all my friends and acquaintances. More
