I just purchased my Mercedes CLA from here last night and had one of the most memorable and pleasant car purchasing experiences ever. They had the best selection of CLA's in California and when I saw the one I wanted he worked with me and his Sales manager to get the best terms possible for me. They were straightforward yet accommodating and we were able to close the deal effortlessly. The delivery process was very memorable. They pulled my new car into their presentation bay and went over all the features of my car. They all stayed 3 hours past closing time for me and were happy to do so. Saturday, January 25th, I took my car in to have it serviced. I owed a 320 CLK for the past 10 years. My service adviser, Mikel Doehla was exceptional as always, always being courteous, helpful, kno serviced. I owed a 320 CLK for the past 10 years. My service adviser, Mikel Doehla was exceptional as always, always being courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and more than just an adviser. He has been my service adviser for over 10 years and I followed him to Fletcher Jones. I took my car in for a service B, but Mike sent me an email and phoned me to tell me there was some repairs needed. In the interim I received a call from a Marcus Martin, who we found out had only been there a week. He asked me if I wanted to come look at cars. That was not in my plans, but I went. He showed my husband and I some exceptional pre owned vehicles, that were like new, very clean, low miles, we fell in love and purchased a new car. As stated Marcus was brand new, but we found him to be exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, considerate, kind and willing to do whatever it took to get us into a car, and he did! I would recommend Fletcher Jones salesman always, the people are so friendly and knowledgeable, everyone there was more than courteous, even offering to get us something to eat or drink...just beyond nice. I called to notify service dept. that we were being towed over 100 miles to the center. They were very understanding and helpful. When we arrived everything was in place to process our repair.
