He is very easy going, and was very helpful in explaining all the details regarding the car. He took me for a test drive, and brought out different colors so I can pick from. When the time came for negotiating a deal, he did his best to get me the best deal there is, and worked with his manager to lower my payments. I have to also recognize the service drive team, Joseph Rodriguez, Kyle, Jose (car wash supervisor), and the most awesome service advisor George Montoya... these guys always greet me with the best smiles and sense of urgency to make sure I am taken care of. Buying a car can be draining and exhausting, but with the fabulous amenities they have (coffee, snacks, water, wifi, several TV's with all channels, massage chairs, and many more) you will definitely feel comfortable and satisfied. You will pay a bit more, but your car will definitely look and feel like new! My mother was looking for a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes and we went to Mercedes-Benz of Ontario. The service was great and the cars were gorgeous! In the end my mother found a car that she fell in love with and purchased. A few days later we discovered that there was a problem related to the promotional event incentives that were to be applied to the car purchase and we immediately reach out to the General Manager, Mr. Ted Moreno, to help resolve the matter. I have to say that Mr. Moreno, handled the matter like a true professional! (Many auto dealership managers are too quick to deny any problems and are mostly song and dance, but not at Mercedes-Benz of Ontario.) Mr. Moreno treated my mother and me with respect and went above and beyond to right the wrong that had been done. In addition, our sales associate Mr. Rick Fleming, and other dealership employees, made us feel like we were royalty! Had it not been for the promotional event incentives incident I would have given Mercedes-Benz of Ontario five stars! Great Dealership, Great Sales Associates, Beautiful Cars! 4.5 STARS! Excellent Dealership We went to Walters Mercedes Benz before checking other dealer. We purchased our C, ML, & S Class including my son E Class at Walters. We want another car either CLA, GLA or C Class but this time we didn't get the deal that we want. We drove to Mercedes of Anaheim and didn't get the deal also. We went back to Walters to check if the can get the deal that we want but to no avail.g We went to pick up my son from school and ask my wife if we could stop by Mercedes of Ontario. It was7:00 PM and we park our S Class. Trevor Harlow approach us with a very big smile and greet us with "how can I help you". We asked him the car we are looking for. Trevor immediately show us the cars and ask if we want to test drive. I told him I don't need to test drive cause I already know the feeling behind the wheels. We show him the car in the showroom that have the amenities that we want. He immediately get the VIN# and the MSRP. I told Trevor I don't want to take more of his time. I'll just make an offer if they can accept it or not. First maybe not but he will ask his boss. He came back with a counter offer we told him that this is the offer no more no less. We say thank you for the help and walk towards the exit. Even before we reach the door, he called us again and offer a shake hand and told us we got the deal. Trevor's the type of salesperson most car buyers wants, straight to the point. Buying a car has never been this easy with Trevor. I just want to tell you that you should make sure you keep that salesman Trevor around. He was fun to deal with, and acted like he really care about the customer. The staff of Mercedes of Ontario were very friendly including Mailo Ruiz who introduce himself and told me that the next time I travel using the Ontario airport that I could park my car at the dealership and when I pick it up it will be sparkling clean. I told myself what a service. At the finance dept. Johnny Jabbour was also very helpful even we are paying the car in full. He suggested that instead of paying the $48,000 plus the maintenance service for 4 years, just put $40,000 and just finance the remaining balance under my son to build his credit. My son is planning to buy a Mercedes in the next 3 to 6 months. Overall I will rate Mercedes Benz of Ontario 5 star or score 10 in the scale of 1-10. More
