I also had a lot of questions about financing, and options on the car and yet he was very helpful with those as well. Pricing/deals were great at the dealership. They had many flexible options for leases. Zach, again was great showing me different rates and different mileage options. James Drake, the General Manager, made me an awesome deal on the vehicle, I don't think I could get such a deal from anywhere else. Both Zach and James were great in terms of making a customer happy. The car itself is simply stunning. If you are in the market for a Benz, you are already aware of this fact. No news flashes here, but if you are in the market for a Benz in Midwest region, Mercedes-Benz of Omaha should be your definite choice. Trust me, the whole experience was simply the best. I had just been to a different dealership in Omaha before going to Mercedes Benz of Omaha and when I arrived, I told them what I felt my options were and after talking to them for only a minute or so, I knew I would stay with Mercedes and felt comfortable that if I ever had a problem or a question there would never be any hesitation from them to help me. Even if that means I call from Vancouver, Canada and have to have Ryan tell me step by step how to change my spedometer into kilometers! He also went over all of the options in the car for me, offered to come to my house to help with programming the garage door and made sure I had his card in my car if I ever needed help with anything.
