Out of all the vehicle purchases I have made, this experience was truly my favorite and by far the most enjoyable even though it is 1000 miles away from us. Andy Mills went above and beyond all our expectations. He sent a personalized video tour of the roadster, gave us all the documentation on the car, and always responded promptly over email, text message and phone calls. In every interaction we had, he always was consistent and professional - even in the smallest ways, such as introducing himself in every phone call no matter how recently we talked. He told gave us the whole story - never leaving any details out. These are qualities of an honest, expert salesman. It is a shame we could not meet in person as I would have loved to meet Andy and shake his hand. Usually we remove the "dealer specific keychain" off the cars we purchase; however, we will not remove the Mercedes of Oklahoma keychain as the whole purchase experience was a real pleasure. Although we have 2 local Mercedes dealerships, MB of OK City not only will be on our list when we look for our next car, but also we would love to work with Andy and Ed - from the finance department - again to make it happen. Great service on my Sprinter Had an unexpected issue with my Sprinter while traveling through Oklahoma. Called the dealership in Oklahoma City and explained my issue. Sure enough, Marlenea (the service advisor) fit me in the same day and the service technician worked through what was a challenging intermittent problem what would have prevented me from my trip. Excellent service and excellent customer care. Having people like those that assisted me makes having a Mercedes product worth it. More

Outstanding customer service!! While I did not puchase my MB GLS450 from Okc, because of very poor customer relations....I was reluctant to return to the dealership for service but While I did not puchase my MB GLS450 from Okc, because of very poor customer relations....I was reluctant to return to the dealership for service but have to say my opinion completely changed once I was there!! Nick went above and beyond what I asked for and made me feel like not just any customer but his ONLY customer! He made sure I had a loaner vehicle ready to go so that my day went uninterrupted while my car was being serviced then upon return discovered that there was a scuff mark on the driver door....he immediately buffed it out and then looked for other things on the car to make it look as if it was going to be on display at the museum! The staff is always friendly and very attentive to my needs, even when I show up just for a car wash.....If not for Nick and the wonderful staff I don't think I would ever come back to Okc MB. Thanks NIck!! More
