Paul and Marlenea in the service department were incredibly helpful when we brought our Sprinter Van into the service department on our cross country trip. This was the 3rd Mercedes dealer we stopped at because we were having engine trouble. The first two dealerships incorrectly diagnosed the problem and assured us everything was fixed. When we got 1200 miles from home, the check engine light came on again. Paul quickly diagnosed the problem and they even had the parts sent over night and fixed it the next day so we could get back on the road. They gave us a loaner vehicle for our night in Oklahoma City and got us in and out as quickly as they possibly could. We made it back home to Nevada without any further issues.
