Everyday Maricella would either call or text me with the status of my back ordered part. She messaged the part technician & stayed on top of it, until the part arrived, which was very fast. Maricella is as sweet as they come. She’s a delightful person, who brings 16 years experience to this dealership. They are lucky & blessed to have Maricella onboard! Connor, the service advisor is also awesome! He arranged to have my vehicle repaired the very next day! He was very kind & knowledgeable. Connor had to talk to his foreman & the tech to make it possible that my vehicle was serviced so rapidly. He treated us with the utmost kindness, courtesy & professionalism.
