Lou Gordon made the purchase of 2013 my C250 extremely easy and he really went the extra mile to make me a happy customer. I have been a customer of Schumacher MB since 2004. The service department has always treated me very well and commitments were on time. I recently purchased a new CLS 550, my sale consultant Remington is service department has always treated me very well and commitments were on time. I recently purchased a new CLS 550, my sale consultant Remington is a great guy with extensive knowledge of MB and its products. Rem has a lot of patience with his customers and obtained for me the deal I was hoping for. I highly recommend Remington if you are in the market for a MB. More

Lou Gordon was fantastic to work with. He was very straightforward and went out of his way to get me the best financing possible on my vehicle. Marty worked his tail off for us, going above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate us by: 1-keeping the dealership open late for us; 2- driving us home after the sale was made; 3- picking us up from h the call of duty to accommodate us by: 1-keeping the dealership open late for us; 2- driving us home after the sale was made; 3- picking us up from home and driving us to the dealership the following day; 4-taking at least an hour of his time on his day off to thoroughly go over all of the workings of the car. There are younger salesman at the dealership but Marty was the first one who hustled out to help us. In fact, we had just flown in and had a friend drop us at the dealership. I guess we didn't look as if we had the means to purchase a Mercedes because we walked around the sales lot for a bit and none of the salesmen outside came over to help us. As soon as Marty saw us from inside the dealership he came out and helped us. At no point was he pushy; we came in thinking we would buy a smaller Mercedes. we have owned a few 500's but since this one is to be used only 3 months out of the year we decided to get a small one. We test drove a little Mercedes and it was nice, but decided it was not what we wanted. We had to ask Marty to show us a larger car: he did not attempt to "convince" us that is what we needed. He was happy to sell us whatever we wanted. More
My entire experience at Schumacher European Mercedes was excellent. Chris Irving, my primary salesman, was friendly and helpful. Another salesman, Romando, was also very helpful. I expected a much better experience than I received from Mercedes and when purchasing a car worth over $100K. The pricing and sales process made me feel like I was being tricked, and I still do not trust th Mercedes and when purchasing a car worth over $100K. The pricing and sales process made me feel like I was being tricked, and I still do not trust the sales people at this dealership. At every step in the process I caught something they were trying to hide or distract me from the facts. My repeated questions before the sale did not get answered clearly without asking several times. I still went through with the purchase because I liked the car, but my experience since then has been the same as the pre-sale process. I still have issues that have not been addressed after several phone calls and multiple visits to the dealer. If I had to do it over again I would not purchase from this dealership. More

Glenn has no hidden agendas, and just wants to get you in the vehicle that fits your needs. He focused on the benefits of the vehicles he represents, instead of bad mouthing the competition as so many do. He knows the cars inside and out, and did an excellent job of guiding us throught the options that made sense for us. This was a pressure-free experience, and he operates in a totally professional manner every step of the way. Glenn also went out of his way to find ways to save us money on our purchase, something we'd never encountered in 20 years of buying cars. He's a genuinely nice person, and has a great sense of humor. On delivery, he walked us through every feature of the car, helped us adjust the settings to our liking, and called us 48 hrs later to be sure all was well. He's a great guy who happens to sell cars, and we could not have asked for a better experience. More
