We visited Schumacher European on May 13, 2013 to look at a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes GL 450. Mr. Gordon was extremely polite while knowledgeably explaining the virtues of this MB product. We were given top dollar for out trade in and Mr. Gordon, as well as other members of the Schumacher staff, made our experience low pressure and enjoyable. I highly recommend Schumacher European as a quality dealership and recommend Mr. Lou Gordon as an exceptionally courteous and professional salesperson. If you're in the market for a Class B RV (assuming you know what that is) then you should know that Schumacher European sells Class B RVs. And if you should think that a regular Mercedes Benz dealer in North Scottsdale is going to be more expensive than any other Airstream Interstate dealer or RV dealer, then you will be pleasantly surprised. Their Airstream Interstate sales manager (actually he is the manager for the complete Sprinter line-up) is Joe Passantino, and he is the nicest and kindest man you will ever meet. He will spend hours talking to you about the Interstate and will demonstrate every feature it has. And he will sit down with you and work out a really great deal that will make you happy. My wife and I bought an Airstream Interstate Lounge EXT in white from Joe, and we love it. The advantages of buying the Interstate from Joe are enormous: you get Mercedes Benz treatment every time you go over there, something I have never experienced with any regular RV dealer. In addition I am given a loaner whenever I go there for service. There are many other Class B RVs available, but given the availability of Joe and Schumacher European in Scottsdale, this was a major factor in my decision to purchase the Interstate.
