My wife was looking for a new CLS and we first met Matt Lenox. He was very friendly and very astute about Mercedes and the CLS that we were interested in. We did not do a test drive on that first visit, but Matt said to just call him when we were ready. A few weeks later we took him up on his offer and he arranged for us to drive an AMG CLS63. Timing is everything as Matt had 3 CLS63's to choose from! We test drove the black CLS63 AMG and immediately loved it! We brought the Steel Gray CLS63 with the limited slip differential. As owners of German automobiles (BMW M3 and Porsche 911 GTS), we were excited to have an AMG! Matt made the whole car buying process a pleasure and would recommend him to anyone that is interested in a Mercedes. We bought from Matt as we had developed an immediate bond with him and it is rare to find an honest and friendly salesman. Matt continued to check in with us after the purchase of the CLS and we appreciate his dedication to ensure that we are satisfied Mercedes customers. An added benefit of buying an AMG is that you also get a free AMG Basic Driving School. I just recently completed my AMG Basic Class at Laguna Seca race track in CA and it was an unbelievable experience! I brought my car in for a wheel alignment at 8:45 which was a little earlier than my 9am appointment time. i was greeted by Barry who knew my name and had a great smile on his face. He's always friendly and does an outstanding job of greeting customer and getting their cars seen by the service advisors. Anthony Salani came right out to greet me and get my car's information. He promised me the car in 2 hours or so and I had agreed to wait for the car. The dealer waiting facilities are exceptionally clean and inviting. I had some water and a muffin at their starbucks coffee bar. Most of the food and drinks are complimentary which I think is fantastic. I strolled around the showroom to see all the new Mercedes models and they sure are beautiful for 2014 but I still like mine the best. Anthony came looking for me to say my car was ready. Wow! It was ready in an hour an 20 minutes which really surprised me and made my very happy. What a great dealership! More
