An average guy treated like royalty This is our 7th Mercedes Benz my wife and I have either owned or leased. Five of the 7 have been with the team of Remington Logue and Craig Zielinsk. The other 2 were leased from different Mercedes dealerships when we lived in New York. Schmacher Mercedes Benz, in my opition is the BEST Mercedes dealership in the state of Arizona, possibly the Country. Service,quality,attention to detail, professional attituide but most of all our sales team of Remington Logue and Craig Zielinski. They have ALWAYS made us feel like royalty when we are there. Remington is a top notch salesman who never ever presuures you into a sale. He explains all the elements of the deal and thje various cars avalable and then makes it all come together perfectly. Each time we recieve our new Benz, Craig Zielinski is always extremely helpful with all the new technical information on the vehicle, and he always explains every detail until we throughly understand how it works. This lease we had the pleasure of working with your Finance Manager Iza Sheman. She was extemely professional and curtious, explaining all the details of the lease with us. We were in and out of her office within 15-minutes. Our service advisor, John Cummins has been with us for the last 4 leases and is excellent. He always gives us back our car when promised, the work or service is done perfectly and he is a pleasure to work with. After dealing with Schmacher Mercedes Benz why would we want to got to any other Mercedes dealership in the Valley. Like I said, this is a dealership with the worlds best automobles that treats the average guy like me, as royalty . More

WHEN WE CAME IN HE HAD AARON TEST DR INITIALY WE CONTACTED LOU GORDON TO DISCUSS WHAT CERTIFIED CARS HE HAD IN STOCK. HE GOT INFORMATION ON OUR TRADE. WHEN WE CAME IN HE HAD AARON TEST DRIVE US AND HE CONVINCED MY WIFE THAT SHE LOVED THE MERCEDES AS MUCH AS SHE LOVED HER TRADE IN (A 2011 CAMERO SS WITH ONLY 9340 MILES ON IT. AFTER WORKING OUT A DEAL WITH LOU GORDON AND HIS USED CAR MANAGER, WE TOOK POSSESSION OF THE 250 MERCEDES. MY WIFE LOVES IT AND AARON SPENT EXTRA TIME WITH MY WIFE AND SON ON ALL THE GADGETS THAT THE CAR HAD SO THEY WOULD BE COMPLETELY HAPPY DRIVING IT. Lou goes the extra mile for us; for instance, he had all-weather floor mats put in because we will be using the car in Oregon. He took care of shipping our car to us and took special pains to assure us that the delivery would be in the proper time frame. Aaron spent lots of time explaining (more than once) all the options we didn't understand. They are a great team and one that Schumacher should be proud of. We will be back for our 5th Mercedes from Lou when the time comes. More
