About 20 years ago we progressed to Mercedes from other luxury cars, so we've bought /leased several, 2 or 3 from Schumacher after moving to Prescott, AZ. Buying a car isn't usually a terrible experience like a root canal procedure, but it's rarely a totally pleasant experience. I am writing this review to speak highly of the team at Schumacher Mercedes, we walked in to turn in our 2012 GL450 since the lease was up and planned I am writing this review to speak highly of the team at Schumacher Mercedes, we walked in to turn in our 2012 GL450 since the lease was up and planned to lease a E350 sedan, Remington and Craig were able to place us in a CLS 550 for the same payment as the GL450. The car is a rolling dream more vehicle than I had ever hoped to have ever. Remington and Craig covered all our needs, surpassed all our needs would be more accurate. The process was fun and exciting! Going thru paperwork with Iza was quick and seamless, she is joy to be around so it makes that tedious paperwork go by smoothly. Now to the hard part, learning all the things that make the CLS 550 so awesome of a car..enter Craig Zielinski, Mercedes Magician who takes the daunting task of learning all the buttons and there functions and turns it into a something so easy. The car is simple to use and brilliant. A+ to the dealership and my entire crew that helped us. More
