Although this is the busiest time of the year for the dealership, Remington made me feel like I was his only customer as he carefully and calmly explained the pros and cons of leasing and the safety features of the model I selected. He is the consummate professional and a caring person dedicated to providing personalized attention. Craig Zielinski, his associate, was very helpful and patient during the test drive and orientation session. It's a comfort to know they will be there for me if I have questions in the future. More
