The wait was great ! my experience in buying my new Mercedes S550 Coupe at Shoemacher in Scottsdale Arizona was nothing less than the most professional Customer orient my experience in buying my new Mercedes S550 Coupe at Shoemacher in Scottsdale Arizona was nothing less than the most professional Customer oriented experience I have ever had. I had sent out requests to 4-5 Mercedes dealers within a day's drive from my home in Colorado. The best price came in from Shoemacher in Scottsdale . I then flew out to Scootsdale to pick up my car which was being brought from the SanDiego port and should be there close to when I arrive. A winter storm and the delivery truck breaking down caused me to have to wait almost 2weeks . This wait could have really been a stressfull experience under normal circumstances but Shoemacher was not an ordinary dealer.While there were problems with getting my car from Port to the Dealer. Remington the Mercedes sales associate did everything possible to make sure that my wait would not cause any stress in my life. He provided a courtesy car to me for over 12 days and called me daily to update me. Although the delay was out of their control they took full responsibility for making sure I was taken care of . They turned a disaster for me into a vacation. More

Lou and Isaac were great, we did the trade in value and purchase price negotiations over the phone and text, which didn't take long since he gave his best pricing up front (you just need to know the market and you will see). I walked into the dealership after the negotiations just look at the car and was planning to come back later because I needed to get my kids from school in about an hour, Lou said if you want it now I'll have you out of here in 45 minutes...of course I said no way and the clock is ticking. I did the credit application in his office and then walked to finance and singed the paper work and I drove out in 45 minutes…wow! The finance department didn’t try to sell me anything…that’s a first. I’m sure the other sales team is great but why risk it go straight to Lou and you will be writing the great review for him too. More
