Great Service Experience This is the best auto dealership in Arizona, in my opinion. My car was towed, on Thursday, into Schumacher because the convertible top was stuck open This is the best auto dealership in Arizona, in my opinion. My car was towed, on Thursday, into Schumacher because the convertible top was stuck open. My service rep, Ken Lamb, met me when I arrived and we went to look at the car. I knew my car would be there for more than a day, but they gave me a loan car immediately and I was on my way. Ken called me the end of the day with the analysis of the problem and the cost to fix it. They had to order the parts from Los Angeles and they would arrive on Monday. Ken thought the car would be ready the end of the day on Monday. The car was all done by the end of Monday and the technician worked very late to get it done. I picked it up on Tuesday mid morning and it's fabulous. The top works and best of all Schumacher came through for me again. I trust them with my car all the time and never take it anywhere else. They are honest, caring and do the best for their customers. And I must also say their greeter, Barry, always remembers me and always has a welcoming smile for me. More

First off, I should say I am from Rochester New York and Schumacher just happened to be the dealer who had the exact car I was looking for based on a national search. I did know them at all and I must admit I was a little nervous buying a car from another state, sight unseen. I worked with Lou and Isaac on the details and after speaking with them a few times I started to feel more comfortable. They were able to offer solutions to some of the concerns I had such as shipping the car up here and coordinating delivery. Their service during the sale was outstanding and it felt like they were right next door in terms of answering question etc. The best part was the service I received after the sale. Most dealers are great when they are trying to sell you something but when the process ends you learn what they are truly like. I learned what Schumacher is truly like too, they are devoted, customer service oriented and truly care about their customer at whatever stage of the sales process you are in. I would recommend this dealership to anyone from coast to coast! And my BMW convertible is awesome! There is not one thing wrong with it mechanically or cosmetically. In addition to the outstanding customer service; the price was the lowest from the west to the east coasts for the particular model I was shopping (very specific make, model and option packages which in this case was a Black, Range Rover, Full Size with Long Wheel Base, Super Charged with all the safety options)!
