There were some complications regarding the dates of the arrival of the new car and the turn-in date of the older one and they handled the matter in order to make it an easy transition for us. Remington worked out a favorable lease arrangement and Craig responded promptly to questions and concerns and had Mark out to our house to insure the garage door functioned properly with the new car. I have leased a number of Mercedes from Remington and Craig and will continue to work with them in the future. More

I will not purchase from Schumacher European again. Our sales experience was less than stellar. I purchased a new GLC for my wife on our anniversary. We had two vehicles in mind. We were told that the first GLC was sold and proceeded to purchase the other GLC. A couple days later my wife came to pick up her navigation SD card and the first GLC was sitting on the lot. After talking to the salesman he said maybe it was another one that looked like it. She told him that it was indeed the vehicle she originally wanted. Things turned confrontational at that point in which my wife was disrespected and vulgar language was used towards her. We expressed our concerns to the GM and we were offered the original vehicle but we were expected to pay the difference between the two. At only $2000 difference we decided against being that we paid sticker for ours and the huge undertaking of paperwork to reverse the loan. We expected the dealership to discount the original vehicle to the price we paid for ours being that we were not given any kind of discount on the vehicle we purchased. That did not happen. As a consolation prize, if you want to put it that way, we were given a $300 gift card for our "inconvenience". No follow up has been made since then. More
