The service was just OK. The people were quite polite, although I wish they could be better at communication. It is so hard to a hold of a service advisor to communicate with The people were quite polite, although I wish they could be better at communication. It is so hard to a hold of a service advisor to communicate with me. Sometimes I leave messages without getting a call back. When I leave a text on their texting system sometimes I didn't get an answer. Sometimes I would always have to stop by the dealer itself to really get a response. The work done of my car was just acceptable. When they handed me the keys tk my car. I opened the hood and coolant was leaking. So I didn't accept the car. They were understanding and polite about it when they take the keys back, which I give credit for. I know mistakes can happen as no one is perfect. for a dealer service department that are supposed to be professionals of the brand, having this all add up doesn't leave a sweet memory for me. I'm just relieved I get my car fixed eventually. Hopefully the dealer service department can provide a better experience for me and other customers in the future. More
Josh was very professional, he kept in constant touch with me to let me know the progress of my service. I was a little disappointed with the car wash as they only washed the top half not the bottom, with me to let me know the progress of my service. But after I returned home I noticed the the headliner was very dirty and had black grease marks all over. I’m assuming that the technician did not have clean hands when he made the inspection! Not too happy about that, would like it rectified. More

Autonation extended warranty does not pay for repairs like control box attached to headlight, emissions system problems....waste of money.....too expensive to get repairs here, so why would i buy another like control box attached to headlight, emissions system problems....waste of money.....too expensive to get repairs here, so why would i buy another vehicle from them ? Got me in when I couldn't get in anywhere else. Advisor was great! The mechanic sent me a video from under my van explaining the problem.
