When I bought a used car at their dealership it had a 3 year 36,000 warranty. I was told at the time if I prepaid for service at this time then I didn't have to worry about big costs in the future, which I year 36,000 warranty. So I call for an oil change and inquire about my balance on my prepaid service and was told that my prepaid service expired. The extra money that I paid ahead had expired? I had only used them once for an oil change, so I figure that they got me for over $1000. I was told that since I didn't use it up by 3 years or 36000 miles it expired and is gone from my account. This was above and beyond the 3 year, 36000 warranty, and the manager advised me that it should have been explained to me, it wasn't. DO NOT buy any prepaid services from them, it's a scam. I will never do business with them again. More
The service was just OK. The people were quite polite, although I wish they could be better at communication. It is so hard to a hold of a service advisor to communicate with me. Sometimes I leave messages without getting a call back. When I leave a text on their texting system sometimes I didn't get an answer. Sometimes I would always have to stop by the dealer itself to really get a response. The work done of my car was just acceptable. When they handed me the keys tk my car. I opened the hood and coolant was leaking. So I didn't accept the car. They were understanding and polite about it when they take the keys back, which I give credit for. I know mistakes can happen as no one is perfect. for a dealer service department that are supposed to be professionals of the brand, having this all add up doesn't leave a sweet memory for me. I'm just relieved I get my car fixed eventually. Hopefully the dealer service department can provide a better experience for me and other customers in the future. More
