I was surprised that a 9:30 appointment caused a wait time of 4 hours to determine the location of cabin noise. The explanation of the problem made no sense to me. (I'm a former ASE certified technician time of 4 hours to determine the location of cabin noise. The explanation of the problem made no sense to me. (I'm a former ASE certified technician and shop owner). The problem as written on the work order is not the problem that I described to the service writer. I have been given an appointment to come back and take a loaner car for maybe "several days". To continue to locate and repair the problem. Right now I think I got better service from the dealer in Maitland. More
