I have no complaint about the service at the service dept. However, for a charge of over $500 for a 70k mile check up and oil change is ridiculous! In the past, the dealership has always been been with dept. However, for a charge of over $500 for a 70k mile check up and oil change is ridiculous! In the past, the dealership has always been been within a reasonable price deferential, which we were willing to pay. As a dealership, an oil change gives the service dept. the opportunity to discover other areas that need repair, maintenance, etc. Your new pricing strategy will force customers, like us, to get their oil changed elsewhere and probably allow that service provider the opportunity to do additional maintenance instead of your dealership. There is no justification for over a $500 oil change! More
The service department was excellent in their costumer service. Kumar Vir, was very accommodating and very receptive to my complaints and concerns. My issue was resolved with minimal waiting time. Really not a bad thing to say. I walked into the showroom and had a few lease questions. Talked to JR, and he helped me out. I then went and spoke to Rick Shattuck from the Serv I walked into the showroom and had a few lease questions. Talked to JR, and he helped me out. I then went and spoke to Rick Shattuck from the Service Department. Rick was already working with another customer, but told me he would help me in a few minutes. I had a light come on in the vehicle indicating an A1 service earlier that morning. Rick checked with the mechanics who told him it would take about 2 hours. I let them service the vehicle, and walked around the property, talked to another sales person, and customers. The place is comfortable, has snacks, water, coffee, and multiple tv's. It's clean and not a mad house. My service was done, and I was on my way. My thanks to Rick and staff members there. More
The service team did a first rate job on the repair of my GLC. The repair required opening a case with Mercedes and the issue was worked expeditiously. Tom in the Service Department (Advisor) was the absolute best! We were in Orlando buying a used Sprinter class RV, Tom went above and beyond making us feel welcome (we sort of took over his office) and hel best! This dealership is the furthest away from me, but the one closer to me has treated me horribly so it’s worth the drive. I’ve been to MB N Orlando twice and my service advisor is Brittney. She gave me options closer to me has treated me horribly so it’s worth the drive. I’ve been to MB N Orlando twice and my service advisor is Brittney. She gave me options, didn’t pressure me when I declined extra services, and worked with me to find an appointment where a loaner car would be available so I could leave my car for several days to have the sunroof repaired. I really appreciate everyone being so kind. More
