This was an average experience. We have been very pleased with our service work there, which we feel has been above and beyond our expectations. Tom Welch is very pleasant to work with and the professional service we get is very satisfactory. Mr. Welch has not only given us one on one attention, but he listens and remembers any problem we've addressed and has personally shown us things about our vehicle we never knew how to use. The last time we were there with our Mercedes RV, we thought we should buy our next car from there. We highly recommend this dealership. More
This was my first service visit with MB of North Orlando for my Sprinter chassis RV. Thomas Welch, service manager was great. Upfront he discussed with me the service options and costs, recommending the low for my Sprinter chassis RV. Thomas Welch, service manager was great. Upfront he discussed with me the service options and costs, recommending the lower cost options to cut the final bill. He kept me informed as the service progressed. And when a part had to be overnighted, he drove me to a local car rental, for my 2 hour return home. The total bill was exactly what he said upfront. No surprises!
