Once again I visited the dealer for a recall issue concerning the fuel pump on my E450..my appointment was at 9:30, a service person came and checked in my car, around 9:00 I had to go to work, aroun concerning the fuel pump on my E450..my appointment was at 9:30, a service person came and checked in my car, around 9:00 I had to go to work, around 9:20 I ask to speak with someone, concerning any paperwork need it to be completed, a manager came over first thing he ask my was " What time is your appointment " I told him 9 30, his answer was well is 9:20 he looked at me like I was stupid, I just took my car back and left for the third time.I reschedule my appointment my South Mercedes-Benz and their customer service was beyond admiration. This was my 3rd visit to North Mercedes Benz and every single time was a negative experience. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone neither I will never visit the mad house you people run a business. More

It was very busy in the service department that day. But, Josh was a great listener and kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle during the entire service visit.
