I had an excellent experience with MBNO. I took my vehicle in on a Monday and Dave helped me with all my questions. He followed up with me and returned my calls in a very prompt manner. The process to pick up our new vehicle took over 3 hours. We had an appointment at 5pm, and we were not filling out the paperwork until after 7pm. The assistant manager (Dave) kept me informed. The computer system link for Mercedes pro recalls was down. He was able to get us in on the third consecutive day.
