It took almost three weeks for me to try and get in touch with my original advisor Christal Etzold who assisted with my service in March after promising she would fit me in because my work hours were during with my original advisor Christal Etzold who assisted with my service in March after promising she would fit me in because my work hours were during the day, I finally had to take off work on a Saturday and had to work with a different advisor because Christal Etzold just wouldn't return my calls about scheduling an appointment. I would call and she say she's going to call me back but to this day I still haven't gotten a call from Christal Etzold. I finally get an appoint and make it to the dealership at 7:30 and because the system was down I have to wait 3 and a half hours for the the system to come up. Because I couldn't reschedule due to work I had to suck it up and wait. I replaced both valve cover gaskets with this dealership which was causing my car to smoke and after getting it fixed I noticed that its slightly smoking again, I haven't had time to take it back to have them access the situation because of work of course. I only drive when absolutely necessary to do so. I do want to say they had an amazing rep there by the name of Carlton who was a great asset to the company and I also have to say Mike the manager from service made sure I had my part when I arrived both times, and also had great customer service, as well as the last advisor I don't remember her name she tried her best I guess. More

My sales person Jordan, lied about the appearance protection warranty in order to get a sale. He said work was done on my car's paint to seal it but it hasn't. One Star Rating is One TOO MUCH!!! I have owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles my entire life and have had them exclusively serviced at several different MB dealerships across a few different states. My recent experience at Mercedes-Benz of North Orlando was, hands down, the worst and most frustrating experiences ever. My “service advisor” (whose title should be Schlemiel), Tom Welch, was less than incompetent, when I could actually get ahold of him. After countless calls, emails, and requests by other employees to respond to me, I finally found out he was taking a completely inappropriate approach at servicing my SL. I spoke with the dealer’s General Manager, Walt Nobody, and it became abundantly clear the incompetence, lack of basic customer service skills, and ineptitude comes from leadership and filters down. So sorry I wasted over three weeks with this dump and implore anyone else reading this review to avoid at all costs. Unfortunately Mercedes-Benz of Orlando (also owned by AutoNation) and Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando (so large they are unable to manage it effectively) are awful alternatives too. I found a not to distant dealer, Mercedes-Benz of Daytona Beach, is the perfect alternative for the expertise and white glove service that true Mercedes owners have come to expect. More
Disappointed I purchased my 2015 Mercedes Benz CLS400 from this dealership in late August of 2018. I am very disappointed with the purchase as well as the process. I purchased my 2015 Mercedes Benz CLS400 from this dealership in late August of 2018. I am very disappointed with the purchase as well as the process. I am writing this review today because I have finally resolved the issue by paying money out of my pocket to pay my local DMV hundreds in late fees, which were a result of this dealerships late forwarding of paperwork to the DMV. I am an out of state buyer and chose to purchase from this dealership because they have a CLS with the upgraded leather option, which is rare to find on the CLS. The purchase process was swift and professional, until I bought the car. In the days leading up to my purchase, my salesman would call me at the beginning of the day to follow up with loan documents and status. Although, after all the paperwork had been filled out and the dealership was no longer concerned with SELLING the car because I had already PURCHASED it, the salesman would no longer show interest in speaking with me and would return my phone calls a day or two later (on several occasions). As a result, I received my car 15 days after I purchased it, when it shouldn't have taken more than 10 days at most. Had that been the only issue, I wouldn't be writing this review. One of the main issues in this purchase of mine is that the car I purchased is a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. When you purchase a CPO vehicle from the dealership, you would think you are going to receive a car that is in very good condition, not brand new but just very good condition. The car might have a scratch or two, light wear on the seats, maybe a ding on a door at most, etc. This was not the case with my Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes CLS400. I personally don't mind if a car has had repaired damages, as long as the damages were repaired professionally and cannot be spotted by an amateur, such as myself. I am not sure who is conducting the "Rigorous Vehicle Inspection Process" at Mercedes Benz of North Orland, but whoever is completing these inspections and concluding that these vehicles are eligible for CPO status should be retrained. My CLS has been repainted in several locations, these locations include: Rear Bumper Cover, Front Bumper Cover, Driver's side Fender, and Driver's Side-Skirt. Furthermore, I have paint overspray on my Driver's side Headlight, it seems as if it wasn't masked off well and the white paint has sprayed onto some very visible parts of the headlight housing that is black. This overspray measures about 3 inches long and very striking to the eye. The front Bumper Cover of my car is completely smashed up on the bottom Driver's side and it is being held together with two Zip-Ties. The Driver's side Fender paint is heavily Orange-Peeled, meaning that it was not painting properly or sanded to a high gloss finish like the rest of the car. Furthermore, the paint on the Fender doesn't match the car's Designo Diamond White paint. The rear bumper has two separate locations at which the paint is dripping, so my rear bumper has dried paint drips. Had these paint jobs and repairs been completing professionally, I wouldn't have minded at all. Accidents or damages can happen and it is my belief that as long as they have been repaired properly, I don't care! However, my car was repaired far below the standards and somehow managed to pass this dealerships "Rigorous" inspection process. The second big issue with my purchase from this dealership is their tardiness in forwarding paperwork to my local DMV for processing. They did not send the Title/Tag paperwork to my DMV until I called them wondering why I have not received ANYTHING from my DMV. Upon contacting Mercedes Benz of North Orland, my DMV finally received the paperwork for the registration of my car 5 MONTHS AFTER I PURCHASED THE CAR. Meaning that I had been driving the car unregistered in the state of California for 5 months as a result of this dealerships carelessness. Now that the fees were late too, there was a several hundred dollar late-fee, which the dealership has been unwilling to acknowledge and accept. I have contacted the dealership on several occasions and they claim that the entire fee is the remainder tax I have to pay but it is not. Several associates have taken messages from me, spoken with me, and promised to have their "Tag Lady" call me back but no follow-ups have ever been made. The manager, Walter Grundorf is always unavailable as well. I am going to keep this short and end this review here because I don't have all day. However, I would like to leave this message with a note. Please don't sell a car with the Keyless-Go option and not include the Keyless-Go button, thank you! More

When I made the appointment I said I would wait for the service and was told 2 hours. When I arrived the service person said that I did not need A2 but instead B1 and the wait would be 5 hours, the cost would be $1400.00 and they had some more suggestions. I really felt like I was getting ripped off and told them to simply do an oil change. 2.5 hours later the car was done but they did not reset the service indicator which would come on every time I start the car. I ask for the reset and was first told that it was Mercedes Benz policy not to reset.Only after I really got in the guys face did he agree to reset the indicator. I will never go back there for service again. I believe that they push to upsell and actually are quite arrogant. More

I needed to find a Florida Mercedes-Benz dealership and after looking at other reviews I decided on Mercedes-Benz of North Orlando and I am very glad that I did. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, professional, and helpful. I worked with Oren on turning in my current Mercedes for the new SLC. Oren was excellent to work with and made everything so easy. They did not have the exact color combination that I wanted so Oren searched other dealerships and found it! It only took three days to get it and I drove home in my new beautiful SLC. I will definitely be returning to Oren and Mercedes-Benz of North Orlando when I am ready for my next Mercedes. More

In the back of my mind I told myself this will not work because I got denied from 2 other car dealerships that were not at The caliber of Mercedes. He assured me he would try his best to take care of me. And that he did. it was painless and was done in little or no time I did not even know I was approved and he was presenting paperwork of my ownership.
