This dealership is the furthest away from me, but the one closer to me has treated me horribly so it’s worth the drive. I’ve been to MB N Orlando twice and my service advisor is Brittney. She gave me options closer to me has treated me horribly so it’s worth the drive. I’ve been to MB N Orlando twice and my service advisor is Brittney. She gave me options, didn’t pressure me when I declined extra services, and worked with me to find an appointment where a loaner car would be available so I could leave my car for several days to have the sunroof repaired.
