Really not a bad thing to say. I walked into the showroom and had a few lease questions. Talked to JR, and he helped me out. I then went and spoke to Rick Shattuck from the Serv I walked into the showroom and had a few lease questions. Talked to JR, and he helped me out. I then went and spoke to Rick Shattuck from the Service Department. Rick was already working with another customer, but told me he would help me in a few minutes. I had a light come on in the vehicle indicating an A1 service earlier that morning. Rick checked with the mechanics who told him it would take about 2 hours. I let them service the vehicle, and walked around the property, talked to another sales person, and customers. The place is comfortable, has snacks, water, coffee, and multiple tv's. It's clean and not a mad house. My service was done, and I was on my way. My thanks to Rick and staff members there. More

The service team did a first rate job on the repair of my GLC. The repair required opening a case with Mercedes and the issue was worked expeditiously.
