Service assistant Manager was fine initially. However, I had the same problem as a week ago, and Service manager made excuses and advised to go get service somewhere else for tires. He checked again and said nothing wrong with tires and came back 20 mins later and said a nail was in the same location tire. All tires loosing pressure and there appear to be a problem with tpms system. or ?? And there is a particular noise. Service manager fail to address real issue and brushed it off and said some other service would patch tire. I don’t think there was a nail the first time. This vehicle is brand new. I never had problems with a new car in 1 to 2 weeks of purchase. I still have not heard from him, Eddie A. More
