This was an average experience. Upfront he discussed with me the service options and costs, recommending the low for my Sprinter chassis RV. Thomas Welch, service manager was great. And when a part had to be overnighted, he drove me to a local car rental, for my 2 hour return home. The total bill was exactly what he said upfront. No surprises!
