The service advisor was excellent. The time it took for service wait was way to long for the service I got. Dealers who service Sprinters are hard to find, but I was able to schedule an appointment within a week. I had a list of warranty concerns but was happy to hear that all the work was done in 3 days. Our Sprinter service advisor has deep experience with Sprinters and gave us valuable perspective and advice about maintaining our van. We live 30 minutes away but the dealer happily gave us a ride home when we dropped off the van. More
