Visited the dealership to address a nail in my rear driver side tire, but was given the runaround by a service consultant. As I understand the consultant was relatively new, I left the dealership. However, I returned an hour later and spoke with the service manager, who assigned my case to a senior service consultant. The senior consultant listened attentively, retrieved my information, and verified that the rear driver side tire was less than 30 days old and had been recently purchased from the dealership. The tire purchase also came with a 2-year hazard protection plan. Unfortunately, the tire was not in stock, which is typical for a 2014 ML350, but the service consultant promptly ordered it and scheduled its installation for when it arrived two weeks later. More
