Recently had 90K service on my Mercedes GLA at Mercedes Of North Orlando. I made an appointment for a Saturday morning, first thing 7AM. I was greeted by the reception staff at the establishment. I was fully intending to wait for my vehicle while being serviced. I am very impressed with the weekend crew that was there. Bianca Mason was my service advisor. She attended me very well, keeping me updated throughout the time my car was being worked on. My car was finished and came out with a fresh wash. Thanks for the great work! More

We have visited the dealership for service before, and enjoyed a quick turnaround as our paperwork was ready to go from the start.
