Worst place on earth they are disrespectful dishonest and lack communication, they made me go back and forth for one week to prove ownership for the vehicle after I provided the registration and they could n lack communication, they made me go back and forth for one week to prove ownership for the vehicle after I provided the registration and they could not take it even though it said all the information that they need because they said it’s expired then I provided another form when I bought the vehicle that has the name and the Vin number and that wasn’t good enough for them after this, they told me to go call my bank and get the papers when I Bought the car So my bank provided it to me after 48 hours and then showed it to them and they said no that doesn’t work then they remembered that all you can go to the title Bureau and get a copy like you told me this from the beginning Then after this, I asked when the car will be done. It was Friday. She said that on Monday, so I was trying to shoot for Saturday and she just kept saying it wouldn’t work. We need the boss or the supervisor to be here so he can submit the papers to Mercedes so they can provide them PIN number I said isn’t the guy that can do this here today she stated yes I said OK. Can he submit these papers today? She said yeah that’s what he is going to do. I said OK so today is Monday any days over and I still didn’t even get a call from the north text message to tell me what happened to the car. I called the person and they hang up on me. Then I called Mercedes and I was transferred to Cody, and asked him what happened. He put me on hold then came back and told me we submitted the papers to Mercedes. We were waiting on the pin number which is that’s what the girl told me that they’re going to do on Friday so I was trying to tell him that and he got all nasty attitude and told me can you please not cut me off when I’m trying to talk, so I said so you’re telling me to shut up another words he said I didn’t say this and hang up on me Then 45 minutes later, the girl text me and told me that they’re waiting on the code and she will let me know tomorrow. I texted her back saying you told me on Monday she claimed she told me no I said possibly on Monday when she literally told me on Monday and that’s why I was shooting for Saturday. And today Tuesday I get a text from them saying they need another 590 because they can’t communicate with the car and they need to dig for 3 hours !!!!!! Lol what a specific number and I guess there is no charge for fixing the problem after the 3 hours digging for it !!!!! Lol wow More
I'm guessing the reviewer named Tagrid was just having a bad day, because Stacey Narovec has helped me multiple times and she has always been a pleasure to deal with. She is unfailingly friendly, knowledgeable, and super professional. For example, I had an unexpected electrical problem this morning when the service department was swamped. Despite that, Stacey found a way to squeeze me into the schedule and shuttle me to work amazingly fast. I had the car back in a few hours. It's hard to imagine any better service than that! I'd give Stacey SIX stars if I could. :) Gary W. More

The customer service that I received from the service department representative was the WORST. I was traveling and needed quick tire maintenance. I was told to show up at 8 am for express service. Upon a department representative was the WORST. I was traveling and needed quick tire maintenance. I was told to show up at 8 am for express service. Upon arrival, the service rep was immediately negative about my issue and acted as if I was an inconvenience that couldn't truly be helped. He was not helpful with my warranty and insisted that I had 3rd party coverage. He challenged every suggestion that was given by the original Mercedes dealer that sold me my car. He deemed everyone's opinion as incorrect and dismissed suggestions except his own. His behavior was condescending and even asked if my car was used. Even after being given my coverage information by the dealer that sold me my car, he still insisted I leave a form of payment as security. Then proceeded to reiterate the cost of my repair as if I didn't have the funds to cover the cost. His behavior towards me suggested that an African American female, in my age range, couldn't afford the car I had in my possession. I was truly insulted. And, as if this wasn't enough, the 2 additional requests for vehicle maintenance weren't performed. Lasly, they called themselves cleaning the inside of my vehicle. When I got into the car to leave, the weather mats had water in them. I will never use their service again. More

Bought a new van. I had extensive repairs required, advised by mechanic, am impressed with the staff attentiveness and attention to detail. Bought new on a value judgem I had extensive repairs required, advised by mechanic, am impressed with the staff attentiveness and attention to detail. Bought new on a value judgement.... Rode home in the new laid-out vehicle and was blown away! It will take time to absorb it all but - it is truly a step up. I will work out of this van for several years, and I look forward to the time. More
First service on our Sprinter will be our last! Called to schedule first service, oil change, and tire rotation. No problem we are told, we have an opening tomorrow. 5 hours and $300.00 plus later my wife had to drive back to the dealership to get answers on why it was taking so long. No follow-up call from service advisor to notify of any expected delay. Quote: "It should take 2 hours unless there is some issue with the check engine light; I'll call you if there is an issue." No call!!! Called repeatedly to find out what's going on. Couldn't get through to the service department. Came to pick it up and we were blamed for letting the def fluid run low. Maybe Mercedes should put in a warning in their fabulous computer system that warns you that you are about to get low on def fluid before it screws up the system not after. Just a thought. Wish we had considered the new Ford Transit van a little longer. Ryan, you really did not address our concerns!! More
