Great Experience! I was in the market for a new car over the summer. I had seen some commercials on the new CLA250 and decided to stop into the dealership to look them I was in the market for a new car over the summer. I had seen some commercials on the new CLA250 and decided to stop into the dealership to look them over in person. Going in I was a bit concerned I may be "out of my league", but after 5 minutes I felt right at home. Corey Shimell (sales) came right up to me and introduced himself and immediately asked what I knew about Mercedes. After hinting I knew very little, he proceeded to educate me on not only the line of car I was interested in but also the company and dealership. It was a very laid back low pressure atmosphere. After a couple of hours I had learned a great deal about Mercedes, the dealership, the car and finally took a test drive. Now the all important purchase process. This was complete in about 15 minutes as Corey came back with 3 options based on my requirements. I never make a major purchase without leaving and thinking about it. When I told him I needed to think about it he said "absolutely, I am here if you decide to move forward". Zero pressure again! I ended up going home, running the numbers and calling Corey back to purchase the car. It was one of the easiest car purchases I have made. The pickup process was just as easy! I arrived to pickup the car and worked with finance to finalize paperwork and their sales team took the time to educate me further on the car before leaving the dealership. Once I left I received a follow up call the following day verifying everything was ok and since have received emails from Corey to make sure all is going well.
