Offering me several different options of which I was very grateful. He also went above and beyond to apologize several times about the poor experience I had before even though it was certainly not his fault. He made me feel welcome, offering to come to my home if I ever needed anything and followed up with me often. Lightning quick responses and just an absolute joy to do business with. I was always worried abo My experience with Drew Dunleavy started a few months back. On a recent Friday night, I had had enough of my fiancée's car. I was always worried about her and decided it was time to buy something new. I emailed Drew Dunleavy on Friday night and asked if we could come in Saturday morning. I had his contact information because my father had bought a car from him in November, and had nothing but great things to say. He responded right away, and remembered what cars I had asked him about when I was in the showroom in November picking up something. From the moment we walked in on Saturday both ***** and I were very impressed. Even though we are younger than the typical crowd buying Mercedes we were treated with respect, and courtesy while we were waiting for Drew. I had previously been in the Cadillac dealership in N.O. and was made to feel like I shouldn't be asking to test drive the ATS, the guy even said maybe I would be happier in a lower cost car... Regardless, we went on a few test drives, and Drew was great throughout. We had seen online the night before that there was a black CLA250 that was CPO, so we asked if we could look at that also. Drew was great and worked with us as we worked with Dave Schafer. Dave was also great to work with, easy to talk to, and at the end of the day, made me feel very good about my purchase. Last but not least Pete Dominant was also great to work with. He did a great job of explaining the contract, the loan, and everything else. The whole process moved along seamlessly, and we felt very taken care of throughout. I had heard about the service level in your showrooms, and this was an excellent example of how all business should treat their clients and customers. More
