It was a positive no-pressure expereience. I dreaded looking for a new car. When I purchased my previous 2 cars, I knew exactly what car I wanted, and what I wanted on it so I wasn't so attun I dreaded looking for a new car. When I purchased my previous 2 cars, I knew exactly what car I wanted, and what I wanted on it so I wasn't so attuned to the salesperson or the overall shopping and buying experience. This time I was looking at other options, too, so I was more cognizant of how I was dealt with. The salesman who greeted and helped me was Drew Dunleavy, and he was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and did not pressure me in any way. He was very conscientious about finding out exactly what I was looking for and liked and wanted in a new car and he took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered. I never felt rushed. I really dislike having to deal with sales people and did run into one high-pressure salesperson when I was looking at a different make car, but thanks to Drew, the purchase of my new Mercedes was a very pleasant experience and painless process. I would highly recommend Drew to any one looking for a car. More

This one is leased as have been previous cars, but everything they do makes car leasing/ownership effortless. They even call your insurance company for you. They'll drive out to your house to program your garage code into your car if you want. We had to extend a previous lease and then handed it in early to get this new one. It doesn't matter what you're trying to do, they make it happen. Can't say enough great things about this dealership. And the Porsche dealership next door where we purchased from has the same amazing customer service and experience. Scheduling appointments for service is effortless as well. More
