This is the first time I have ever had a completely stress free experience. Drew Dunleavy worked with me for about 2 weeks to help me decide exactly what car I wanted. He was very patient and considerate to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. He even went above and beyond to take care of getting my lease that was through another dealership in Michigan returned for me. That alone saved me so much time and stress. I will be going to Drew and MB of North Olmstead for every car purchase for the rest of my life. More

My experience was quite satisfying. I found the salesman and the service friendly and informative. I told Drew what colors I didn't want and when he showed me 2 cars that were different I found the salesman and the service friendly and informative. I told Drew what colors I didn't want and when he showed me 2 cars that were different shades of blue I couldn't make up my mind. I was told I could come back the next day and look at them side by side which I did and was able to make a decision. The only problem I'm having is learning how to use the different systems and Drew has offered to come to my house and show me, which I think is very nice. More

Great experience and deals I was looking to purchase the new GLA 250 and contacted at least 10 dealerships. I was not getting enough for my trade and the dealerships were unwill I was looking to purchase the new GLA 250 and contacted at least 10 dealerships. I was not getting enough for my trade and the dealerships were unwilling to negotiate on their prices at all. I went to MB of North Olmsted expecting the same kind of response. Contrary to my expectation, MB of Noth Olmsted gave me a substantial discount and almost entirely paid off my old car. I was impressed with the service as well as the deal. I felt that the sales person Pauili as well as the sales manager Helder were honest and very helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership. Don't waste ur time going any place else. More

Prepaid Lease I can't tell you how happy I am that I went to Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted for my vehicle. Not only did Garey Burt answer my a call at 8:05 even though they had closed, but he brought my vehicle out to my house and set up the garage door opener. The thing that sold me was that they have a prepaid lease program. Thank you Helder Rosa for explaining that option.
