A Wonderful Experience! I finally decided to check out the certified pre-owned vehicles. I was suppose to meet with a different salesman but when I arrived, that person was busy with another customer. Fortunately, I was introduced to Jamie Bullis who was absolutely wonderful! Even though he works for the dealership, I truly felt that he was on my team as well, which is how a customer should feel when making a major purchase. Jamie worked hard and answered all of my questions and texts during the process. He was personable, attentive, thorough, honest, and just an AWESOME salesman! I would recommend Jamie to any of my friends or family. Thanks to Mitch Litam, a sales manager, for ultimately getting me a deal with two percentage points lower on financing toward my purchase. This was equivalent to approximately $50 lower on my monthly car payment and I really appreciated his effort and hard work! Peter Domaneant, in financing, made the entire paperwork procedure simple and painless and even made a copy of various warranties that I could purchase within the next 30 days. I am happy to be the proud owner of a Mercedes-Benz and I am thankful for a great sales experience! More

Out of state purchase I had been working with another sales consultant before being shifted over to Erick due to the previous one being promoted and moved to another dealer I had been working with another sales consultant before being shifted over to Erick due to the previous one being promoted and moved to another dealership. Erick picked things up right where we left off with immediate contact. From there we were able to finalize the details right down to him picking me up at the airport upon my arrival to see the dealership and the vehicle. Everything through the process went smoothly. The only disappointing item is that they aren't close enough for me to use them regularly for service on my MB, but I will certainly look at them when I am buying my next MB, which might be soon if my wife gets her way. However, they simply cannot match the total experience of purchasing a new or previously enjoyed vehicle that is offered at NO Mercedes. Our Second Gl 350 Bluetec I recently purchased a 2015 GL 350 Diesel vehicle from this dealer and I absolutely love this vehicle. We are from PA, approximately 400 miles away from this dealer and we attempted to trade in our 2009 GL and no other dealer wanted to trade in our old car. But we found a 2015 GL Diesel vehicle that we loved when we first saw it and emailed Mercedes-Benz of North Olmsted. The second day a salesman, by the name of Jamie, began calling us and exchanged the info about the cars. There was a point when I was going to give up the deal, but Jamie insisted and helped us tremendously with trading in our old Mercedes and evaluating it, giving us $3,000 more than any other dealer would on our old vehicle. This was definitely the best deal we could have gotten in our old car. So we decided to take the chance and drove 400 miles one way and purchased the vehicle in no time! The entire staff at this dealer was very friendly and Jamie Bullis was the best salesman we ever met! We are so glad and pleased with the great deal we made!! We would definitely consider buying another car when time comes from this dealer again!!!! More
